PAC Fundraisers:
Hot Lunch is available to order for every Tuesday and Thursday! **THERE WILL BE NO UTENSILS OR PLASTIC BAGS PROVIDED** Please ensure your child(ren) has utensils and a bag for leftovers.
Hot Lunch Program – Key Information
• Ordering Window: Hot lunch orders must be placed within a two-week period
during the month prior.
Example: October hot lunches can be ordered between September 11 and
September 25. Specific ordering dates will be shared each month.
• Payment: We are no longer accepting e-transfers. With credit card fees
removed, this change also allows the PAC to track orders more efficiently.
• Cut-Off Date: Once the ordering window closes, no changes can be made. This
includes cancellations and add-ons.
• Absences: If your child is sick or away, please notify the hot lunch team before
9:00 am on the hot lunch day. Parents are welcome to pick up their child’s lunch.
Otherwise, the lunch will be donated. Lunches may be given to siblings, but not
to friends.
• Utensils: Please send utensils with your child, as none will be provided. This
helps us reduce waste and support environmental efforts.
• Dropping Off Lunches: To support our fundraising program, we kindly ask that
parents do not drop off lunches that are the same as the hot lunch menu on hot
lunch days. If you’ve forgotten to pack a lunch for your child, you are welcome to
bring one to the office.

Buck-a-book fund raising
Buck-a-book sale is back! If you have gently used and good condition books that you would like to donate, please bring to the school office during school hour, there will be a box for collecting.
Book sale date will be announced soon!
Ongoing PAC Fundraisers:
1. When purchasing from Cobs Bread at Kensington Square, please mention #1338, with your order, as Cobs will be giving back a percentage of your purchase to your Rosser PAC.
2. Mabel’s Labels: These labels stick on almost anything and are waterproof! Please be sure to select Rosser PAC (Burnaby) as your fundraiser.
3. Bottle drive is back! If you have rinsed empty bottles that you would like to donate, please bring it to school undercover area every Friday morning, we will have volunteer there to collect. OR bring in your returnable containers in clear bags (even blue! as long as they are translucent) to ANY Express Return-It location. Print up a label using the number: 604-296-9027 on an Express Return-It machine, affix it to your bag and drop it off. It’s as easy as that! Funds will be contributed towards Our Rosser Students.
4. At any time if you would like to make a donation to Rosser PAC with all monies received going to support Rosser Students for things like school activities, classroom activities, learning materials, classroom consumables, gym equipment, and other items not covered by the district, please use the link posted below. Any donations of $20 or more will receive a tax receipt. Please be sure to select Rosser Elementary in the Fund Destination drop down to ensure it is transferred to the school. If no selection is made it will be considered a School Board donation.
